Yes, the retriever is meant for use in dense cities, i haven´t read the
evaluation yet, but it was used in Stockholm a couple of years ago, only
within city limits, and it only towed the broken down cars to the nearest
exit where normal towtrucks would take over. i seem to remember reading an
article or two stating that it was much appreciated. I dont know wether it
is still in use in stockholm or not.
